This is a Fort Preble (out in Portland Harbor). It was built during the Civil War, but never used. Frankly, I don't know why they would bother to build a fort here, if someone wants this that bad, its all theirs!On Tuesday, 3/6/2007, the temperature only rose to 9 degrees F! And Wednesday morning it fell to -7 degrees! More about the weather in the next posting...
