The year started off with the Ravens going to the AFC Championship game at New England. Unfortunately, the Ravens lost the game on a missed last second field goal. The Ravens had a fantastic team and we lost it at the end of game.
I revived my vanity plate for the Leaf. This is the plate. It sums up how it works. There have been a lot of pictures taken by various strangers since I got it.
March, 2012
I flew into Vegas for the Microsoft Developers Conference. Part of the advantage of becoming a government employee is that I can attend various conferences on the government dime! This is job related and helpful down the road.
April, 2012
April 1: Busy day today. We'll be going to see my grandmother today for her 95th birthday celebration. Then it's off to DC for dinner at Legal Sea Foods and finally, Bruce Springsteen at the Verizon Center! We don't get out as much as we use to and don't do as many shows, so they are extra special when we can. Hopefully a few more in the late summer and fall.
It's funny to look back at this recap. Below is a picture of both kids dying Easter eggs. This is Mickey's first egg dying that he really participated. The year before he was still just to small to really understand the whole egg dying ordeal.
